Fourth of July

I am usually not too domestic, and I usually don't bake more than cookies or brownies, but for the fourth I wanted to make a cake. It was a box mix, but I was very proud of my frosting job :)




We had a cookout after church and the boys played horseshoes. Our old friend Matt Murowski came up for the weekend and we did some bike riding and had a good time with him as he met Jack for the first time. The Plotts' came over and the McConnell's. We had a great time!

Fireworks, Our own small version. It was pretty funny to see the big boys playing with fireworks. They loved it just as much as the little boys loved the sparklers. We did go see the big fireworks on base that night.

Jack and I
